Understanding your monthly statement has never been easier. You
will have an online portal to view your statements at your

Georgia Realty Group utilizes a web-based property management
system. We provide our property owners with on-line access to view
their financial statements that show when monies are collected and
any disbursements that have been made. We can provide
numerous reports including tenant rental histories, work order
history, property rental histories, and profit and loss statements.
Our system provides you, the owner, with access to the information
you need when you need it.
Receive Your Rent Payments via Direct Deposit
Get your money sooner (direct deposit) and get it more
conveniently (electronic owner statements). We can also mail your
monthly statements if you prefer.
Initiation of Leases and Tenant Placement
We use a lease that is compliant with all laws including those set
forth by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, Federal Fair Housing
Laws, and Georgia State Law.
Rigorous credit, income and criminal screening
Georgia Realty Group makes every effort to find tenants who will
pay rent timely and will take good care of your property. We require
all applicants to verify their income to ensure they can afford the
rent. We also run a background and credit check on everyone who
is over age 18 in the home. We follow all federal and state real
estate regulations to ensure you are in full compliance.
We will automatically renew the lease for another year and increase
the rent by 5%. We will not call, write or email you to remind you of
the upcoming anniversary date.
We assume you want the tenant to remain and we will do all we can
to keep them there. If you do not wish to renew the lease you will
need to let us know 90 days prior to the anniversary date.
You will have access to all your property leases through your
personalized online landlord portal.
Regular Property Inspections
We inspect all properties we manage twice a year to ensure they
are being well maintained by the tenants. We will also make
arrangements for your home inspector to visit your rental units and
prepare a property condition report.
We provide high quality and timely maintenance on your property.
We have vendors from plumbers to electricians to landscapers that
we have worked with for over a decade. Our preferred vendor
relationships will save you time and money and ensure the repairs
are done in compliance with State Property Code.
Collections of Rent and Other Payments
Our rent collection process is professional but tough. We are
diligent in collecting your rent in a timely manner to ensure positive
